Ingénieur Développement SIRH H/F

ADP, leader mondial et spécialiste des services de paie et de gestion externalisée des processus RH, recherche un Ingénieur d’études et développement afin d’intervenir sur son offre ADPLink.

Vous serez rattaché au responsable des opérations et intègrerez une équipe expérimentée en place, au sein de la BU National Accounts.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

– Analyse du besoin client, conseil et rédaction de spécifications

– Analyse et développement/paramétrage d’évolutions

– Analyse et correction d’anomalies

– Assistance aux équipes fonctionnelles de premier niveau

Profil : Confirmé

– Avoir déjà travaillé sur une TMA pour des grands comptes

– Etre intervenu en réalisation et rédaction fonctionnelle sur des projets pour des grands comptes

– Avoir déjà géré une relation client en direct et savoir communiquer efficacement

– Savoir gérer son temps et organiser ses priorités de travail

– Maitriser le langage SQL

– Maîtriser au moins un langage de programmation

– Des notions de PL/SQL et java seraient un plus
