CAREER SITE FAQs:

We’ll keep this brief and high-level with enough information to give you an idea of what’s going on without bogging you down with too many details.

So, here we go!

Returning to the office & remote work

ADP lives by a set of strong values; one of them is “every person counts.” We are cautious and conservative regarding our people and committed to transparently communicating our plans. When necessary, ADP will take prudent measures to keep our people safe. We will adapt to changing circumstances, legislation, and guidelines. ADP maintains three guiding principles: maintain a safe work environment for its people, maintain continuity of business operations globally to service our clients, and comply with all national, regional, and local regulations.

Some common questions:

Will I be able to work remotely?

ADP associates will have the option of a flexible 3+2 schedule with three days in the office and two days remote (where permitted by local government regulations.) There may be specific circumstances, such as new hire training, where associates will be required to come to the office for additional days within the week. An associate can also choose to work more than three days in the office.

Does ADP offer remote work unrelated to the current pandemic?

Yes! When searching for jobs on our careers sites, there is a filter on the job search page called “Home Office Jobs.” Choose “Yes” to select and search for remote positions.

Safety at work

ADP has chosen to maintain stricter standards than local regulations suggest in some cases. We base our decision to open offices on local mandates, public health guidance, and our determination that the facility is prepared and able to comply with our desired protocols.

Some common questions:

What is ADP doing to keep me safe at work?

ADP has done many things to create a safe environment for our associates. To name some:

    • Updating cleaning and disinfecting protocols
    •  Enhancing climate control systems for increased airflow and filtration
    • Providing hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies for personal office equipment
    •  Implementing policies and procedures to keep everyone safe
    •  Providing associate training on new protocols
    • And more

Will I be required to wear a mask?

At this time, ADP does not require you to wear a face-covering regardless of vaccination status unless required by local jurisdictional regulations. However, you must perform a Health Attestation on the ADP mobile app before entering the building on days you work from the office. If you desire to wear a face-covering, that is your personal choice, and you are welcome to do so.

Do I need to be vaccinated to work for ADP?

At this time, vaccination is not a condition of employment.

Job related questions

Will I be allowed to travel as part of my job?

Travel is currently permitted.

If I take the job, how will onboarding work?

Your onboarding may be done virtually or in person. Ask your recruiter or the hiring manager for more details.

I have a health condition that puts me in a high-risk category but doesn’t impact my ability to do the job remotely. Will my high-risk status negatively impact me during the hiring process?

ADP makes hiring decisions without regard to age, sex, disability, or any other protected characteristic, so being in a high-risk category will not impact you during the hiring process.

If a return to the office makes you uncomfortable because of a medical condition or high-risk status, you should discuss your health-related concerns with your medical provider. You may contact ADP’s Accommodations team at AR.LOA.and.Accommodations@ADP.com to pursue a medical accommodation.

Will I be expected to come into the office for an interview?

In-person interviewing has resumed, but your situation may depend on several factors. Check with your recruiter.

If hired, will I be required to take a COVID-19 test before my start date?

You will not be required to test before reporting to the office, but we require you to stay at home if you are not feeling well

As an employee, if I get COVID, will I be paid?

Yes, associates who contract COVID are paid using their ADP Paid Sick Time unless local laws provide supplemental sick time for specific COVID-related reasons.
