Technical Skills: - Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning). - SQL knowledge to pull data from databases. - Experience auditing data, identifying patterns/errors. Analytical Abilities: - Strong research skills to pinpoint root causes of issues. - Ability to analyze large volumes of different data types - Ability to analyze client data to find key identifiers between unique datasets Work Style: - Self-motivated investigatordigs deep to solve problems. - Collaborative: Reaches out to stakeholders to drive solutions. - Adaptable to challenging, non-routine tasks. Role Responsibilities: - Audit datasets to flag inconsistencies. - Research root causes of data/process issues. - Identify clients through data analysis. - Partner with different departments to implement fixes. Ideal Profile A curious, articulate communicator who thrives in problem-solving, asks probing questions, and bridges gaps between teams.
