We support and encourage our associates’ passion to volunteer in their communities. 12,000+ associates in 11 countries made a difference and had fun in the process.

Our drive to make a difference is felt worldwide. ADP associates participate in hundreds of local charitable initiatives during our annual Global Month of Caring. We also give to disaster relief, humanitarian and other philanthropic efforts around the world year round. Schools, STEM & career support
Everything we do is about unlocking human potential. That’s why we’re proud to invest heavily in the employability of future generations – building schools, contributing to STEM programs, supporting women’s leadership opportunities, and more. We support programs and initiatives such as Habitat for Humanity International, Junior Achievement® Worldwide, Rise Against Hunger®, Dress for Success® and Girls Inc.®, as well as local and regional organizations in the countries where we do business.
Eco-friendly @ ADP
ADP is constantly looking at ways to conserve energy and water in our buildings. We engage our associates in programs that reduce waste and encourage recycling. We’re updating our workspaces, creating modern workplaces with access to natural light and open floor plans. As we renovate our offices, we donate excess supplies and furniture and recycle electronics and construction debris.
Most of our ADP locations are easily accessible by public transportation. We sponsor ride sharing programs, and, in selected locations, we have installed solar electricity and charging stations for your electric vehicles. We support our communities where we work and live through volunteer activities, and conducting drives throughout the year to collect clothing, eyeglasses, books, and other necessities.
