KELSEY: So a day in my role, I have all kinds of different things that I am responsible for. So one part of my role is I take incoming calls from new ADP clients. It's either people who are looking to get their brand new account set up with us or someone who maybe has set up their account and they just need some help. So I do some of that.
And on the other side, I also have clients who are assigned specifically to me. It is my responsibility to make sure they are getting settled into ADP. It's my responsibility to make sure they have all of their different tax compliant items.
It's also my responsibility to make sure that the clients are just having a good experience. I also want to make sure they feel comfortable. So that's something that we really value here at ADP is making sure our clients feel like they have great service and support.

SEBASTIAN: I was born and raised in Poland, came here as a kid. I got introduced to ADP right out of high school, well technically in high school. My mom used to clean the office location, so after soccer practice pretty much I went in there and cleaned the floors, bathrooms. One day, one of the areas in operation, hey do you want a job? I applied. I officially started with ADP in 2002, as operations specialist.
FATIMA: I graduated from radiography, so I have my X-ray degree, but I've never been interested in doing a medical field, I just did it for my parents. I've been more into numbers and accounting. Once I graduated, I looked up on Google, what’s the best company to work for in Illinois? And ADP was one of them, top list. I started researching and looking into it and I really, really liked it and that's when I applied.
RABEYA: So I was working at a bank and everyone would come in and cash their checks and it would always pop up like ADP, and I'm like, who is this company? What do they do? So, I just looked up ADP online and I was like, oh wow so they process payroll and do HR. So they were hiring a client support specialist and I was like, that sounds like something that I have experience for. I've worked retail throughout college, this sounds like a good job just to make some money toward my dreams of becoming a lawyer.
JADA: I was about to graduate college; I was in limbo trying to figure out what I was going to do once I graduated. A friend of mine from school she had already graduated, and she was actually already working for ADP. She said Jada you really have to work for this company, they're amazing. So, I started about a month after I graduated, and I was really shocked to find that the company was better than I thought it would be. They were basically walking me through different departments that I may be interested in, trying to teach me different ways to get accommodated to my new job. I definitely love the fact that everyone was so supportive.
SEBASTIAN: Once I actually ended up being in ADP, that was the big change. I was moving out through different positions, and that's what really made me stick around. Looking at the culture and how everybody took care of each one another.
FATIMA: My previous jobs it was just repetitive, doing the same thing over and over. My job now you learn new things every single day, and it really challenges you to know what to do next. What to look forward to, or what to work in order for you to grow in your current role and progress. There's a lot of room for opportunities.
RABEYA: The benefits here were amazing-- tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment assistance. I ended up really loving what I was doing. I've had a ton of different roles at ADP and being able to experience those different things I started falling more and more in love with everything that I was doing. Being able to use a lot of the skills and be able to use a lot of my talents within my day to day, it just made me a very sticky employee. To be here I'm like, I don't think I want to be a lawyer anymore. I don't think I want to do that, I feel like this is so much better.
SEBASTIAN: My mom really proud. She realized early on a great company just by interacting with the people in the office itself, and she really pushed me to get in there and go my career with a company like that. She's extremely proud to see me today where I am over those 19 years of my career.

JADA: I've been promoted three times in three years.
FATIMA: I've had five different roles at ADP in four years.
SEBASTIAN: I've been with ADP for over 19 years. And in my career, the nine or so positions that I had, it was pretty much me being curious about it, taking the next step, and wanting myself keep growing, educating myself, expanding that knowledge. And that's one thing that I love about ADP is allowing you that opportunity to expand on your knowledge.
NEWSY: If you're considering a role at ADP, you need to understand that you are going to enter a company where there's going to be so much opportunity. You have to put in your work. You get what you put into it, but just know that there are so many opportunities to progress within one organization, but also move around.
JEN: Throughout my first year I was actually able to have several conversations with my direct leader, a fellow manager that took me under his wing as a mentor. To have that open conversation on leveraging my skill set, my talents, even my passions and how I could use that every day in our department, our business unit, I was able to take part in several projects that were important to our business and really bring my creative side, my strategic side to that. So right after my first anniversary, I was honored to be promoted to a level 2 manager.
FATIMA: I started as a client support consultant. I was promoted to become a senior support consultant, but I also had the opportunity to cross-train to become an Analyst, QC, Implementation, FLT, and recently I've been cross-trained to become a technical support specialist. If you show that you're motivated and you want to take on more challenges and you're excited to get more work, of course, they notice you. If you're interested, just put it out there and say I'm interested in doing more and I want to grow in my role. You have management coming to you-- well, here is an opportunity. It happens a lot at ADP.
JADA: I have a couple of mentors at ADP, and even if they're not officially my mentor, they're people that I go to in order to get advice. Even if I don't know them, but I see that they're in a higher role than I am, I can go to anyone at any time and ask them, hey, this is my situation, what do you think I should do? And every person that I've spoken with about my career at ADP, they've been able to help me drastically.
NEWSY: I've been with ADP for 17 years. We service so many different markets. We have so many different products. You're not going to be bored, that's for sure. And you're going to have so many opportunities to move around and progress your career as you wish. You're in control of your career.
