TIFFANY DAVIS: CSR is important to ADP, I would say, for a number of different reasons. But one of the things that comes to mind for me in particular is we, of course, are passionate about our clients.

TIFFANY DAVIS: We provide products and services to our clients. But those clients, those individuals that we're working with each and every day, they also live and work in the communities where we're serving. Secondarily, if you think about our associates and you think about our core values of each person counts and how much our associates matter to us for the impact that they're having on our clients, they also live and work in the communities where we serve.
And our goal is to make sure that all can thrive in those communities. And so it's very important for us to think about how we can continue to give back as an organization. Giving back comes in the form of actually making contributions to many efforts. Those efforts can span in a number of different categories of organizations that we actually do support.
But it also does come in the form of just being out in the community and doing the work. And doing the work means anything from Habitat for Humanity, where we've helped to actually build homes. It means volunteer being in schools to continue to progress the education of students that will hopefully be future ADPers in the long term. But for us it's really just mirroring what we do inside the walls of ADP, also outside in the communities that we are actually present each and every single day.

LATASHA: I think now is a great time to join ADP for several different reasons. We've been in business 75 years this year, and we're very strong within the business world, within the communities that we serve. We're very philanthropic. I know locally we are always doing things with the community, always giving back. We allow for our associates eight hours every year to volunteer, paid time. That's fantastic for an organization to be able to say that they do for their associates.
So being able to grow your career. If you're excited about learning different things, growing, whether it's individually or if you want to lead a team or manage a team, you can do that. Giving back to the community, as I mentioned. But just being able, for your own personal growth and development, to find a company that really cares about their associates, that walks the walk and talks the talk. I think ADP is a fantastic company to join. And I am here for the duration, and I'm not stopping. I won't look back.
