Payroll Delivery. Responsible for process the inputs, validate the output, work with the Clients to obtain the signoff and post validation & audits, deliver all the post pay reports to Clients. Completeness & Correctness are basic expectations with timely delivery. Ticket Management. Responsible for issue resolution and clarify the queries which does not require any system changes. Work with Application Support Team for any changes to the Clients business rules (defect fixing or enhancements to the existing rules/policies) set-up in the system. Testing Changes. Understand the requirements / system changes and test comprehensively (positive and negative scenarios) in Quality Environment to guarantee changes going to production environment is complete, correct and there wont be any side effects. Variety of work. There is no typical day. You could be working with technical teams on client experience journeys to delivering new features, collaborating with client teams on the change management planning or engaging with other teams in deciding the optimal services for your clients. Best part? You'll get to see all your ideas come to life. Presentations. You'll speak to internal and external stakeholders to communicate and defend ideas while answering critical questions. Improvements. Work on projects at country or region level for automation iniatives to bring in efficiencies Analytics.
