Technical Consultant/ Tester is responsible for: Analyze product requirements and architect test plans Prioritize, write, and run automated or manual test plans Evaluate manual and automated test results and help prioritize defects Report defects, track defects and manage outstanding release issues Work with WFS Project Manager, customers, and project team resources to troubleshoot and diagnose client-reported issues Work with individual developers to resolve issues Support the platform release manager during the launch/release process Collaborate effectively within and across teams and with both technical and non-technical partners Track defects and provide quality metrics Contribute to team sprint planning meetings Provide QA training to Client personnel, as needed Add Role: Test Lead Will be owner of all the testing for WFS, will co-ordinate and oversee the internal WFS unit testing, own triage of any defects during testing and assign defects to the relevant WFS consultant. Also responsible for testing system updates made during the implementation and maintenance of internal test documentation as required.
