ADP is hiring a Senior Lead PySpark/Python Backend Application Developer (Python/GenAI/ML).

Across Sales & Marketing teams, we will leverage GenAI, Data and Machine Learning to identify the next best action, create tailored messaging to address specific customer problems, provide real time support with relevant content and context and hyper personalize our outreaches so that clients receive the most relevant and latest information about solutions that can help them overcome very specific challenges and grow their business. In this role, you will work within a Data Science & ML Engineering scrum team to build AI/ML engines & pipelines that stich together the end-to-end customer journey, uncovering buying patterns and identifies the next best action.
In this role, you will be working on an extremely large data set that span across several types of customer personas, internal associate roles and business rules/policies. You will spend most of your day designing and developing a scalable configuration and rules engine that are an integral part of our data science pipeline that delivers the right action at the right time to our clients and associates.
To thrive in this career, you will need to be an expert in Python with a strong portfolio of previous projects. You will also need in-depth understanding of Python software development stacks, ecosystems, frameworks and tools such as PySpark, Numpy, Scipy, Pandas, sci-kit-learn and PyTorch. You will need to be familiar with RESTful APIs and open-source standards such as Open API and OAuth/OpenID connect. Experience with distributed spark/data platforms like Databricks is also required. You strive to learn new technologies and find ways to incorporate what you learn into building your products.
As a Senior Lead Developer you will be expected to have deep understanding of the relevant technologies, be able to mentor more junior members of the team and give technical direction to all members of the team.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $86900 – $233010 / Year
