Julie, Client Support Specialist

“Ce que je préfère avant tout au travail, c’est parler aux clients. Comme j’ai déjà travaillé dans le domaine de l’hospitalité et du service à la clientèle, c’est vraiment important pour moi de continuer à œuvrer là où je peux apporter ma contribution et être en contact avec les autres. Chaque jour est une expérience complètement nouvelle, vous ne savez jamais à quoi vous attendre, et vous apprenez constamment.”

Nina, Client Support Consultant

“C’est génial de venir travailler ici et de ne pas simplement s’asseoir et dire; « je vais répondre au téléphone ». En fait, j’instruis les clients, faisant en sorte que leur expérience soit agréable, et ce sans effort. Quand vous prenez le temps de les instruire, ils sont tellement reconnaissants. Je me suis fait beaucoup de contacts personnels.”

[SPEECH: LIZZIE]
Hi, I'm Lizzie. I'm a District Manager, and I've been with ADP for three years.

[DESCRIPTION]
Text: How did you develop your sales career at ADP?
[SPEECH]
My manager has played such a huge role in my development, and also my Vice President of Sales. When I started as a Sales Apprentice, I went into his office, actually, and said, you know, I think I'm ready to start a territory. And because I had that relationship with him and my boss, I took over my boss' territory. And the culture of growth, and the culture of development was next to nothing. And that's why I feel like I've been successful in my role, because they took a chance on me as an apprentice. And I've been able to now manage my own territory for a year and a half.

Text: How does ADP support your future success?
[SPEECH]
I think my role, currently, is setting me up for future success by allowing me to be out in my territory, allowing me to have the support that I have—whether it's through my Vice President or through my leader and a group of 25 individuals that I sit on the floor with. The group and the culture of learning that we have at ADP is truly next to none.

Text: What attracted you to join ADP?
[SPEECH: LIZZIE]
When I graduated college, I was looking for companies that had a great sales training program. And I knew ADP was one of them. So I came across a sales apprentice job, and I was able to work alongside of top producers in my region. And I learned the ins and outs of the job through them.
[SPEECH: JUSTIN]
My goal was to look for a career path, looking for some place where I was able to grow in the company. Money was actually tertiary. It wasn't something primary to me. I was just looking for an opportunity to grow, looking for opportunity to have a career path.
[SPEECH: KELSEY]
I was fresh out of college. And I was actually introduced from a friend that was already working at ADP, which I've grown to realize that's how a lot of our associates get on board with ADP is because we get referred by internal partners and internal people that have been here and been very happy with the company.
[SPEECH: MICHAEL]
The reputation ADP has, knowing the company itself, and what I've heard from people that I know worked here-- just between giving you that freedom to have that work life balance that I always wanted, but never could have in the industry that I was in.
[SPEECH: BRANDON]
I was working for a company that would give me benefits that I would be obviously looking for to keep me at the company for a while. So when I ran across ADP, I had a couple friends that worked for ADP. And they let me know how great a company it was. So I figured, you know, what's the harm in applying?
[SPEECH: ALISON]
The competitive aspect about how the flexibility, and schedules, and really just the positive work environment, and camaraderie that everyone has—and that really sparked my interest in working in the company.

ADP Sales Careers Insights - Training and Rewards

[MUSIC PLAYING]
[DESCRIPTION]
Logo: ADP, Always Designing for People.
Text: How was your training experience with ADP Sales?
Text: Kelsey, District Manager, ADP
[SPEECH: KELSEY]
I knew coming into ADP that we were known to have a really, really great training program, so I had very high expectations. And I was really happy to see that I wasn't disappointed at all. Through the corporate training when we come to New Jersey and actually get to sit in the classroom with our peers and all grow together, it was phenomenal. It was a great week of learning that experience, and then we actually have continued follow up trainings throughout your career with an ADP, which I think is great because everyone always has the opportunity to develop.
[SPEECH: BRANDON]
You come in, and you're kind of scared that you're going to get thrown into the fire. But what one thing that ADP does really well is they give you a mentor, and my mentor was one of the best actually in the region. So whenever I had any questions, I could always feel free to give her a call and she would always give me good responses that I could take with me into that next call that I have to make.
[SPEECH: LIZZIE]
I went through a 13-week training program, and it was a virtual and on-site for a week. And our trainers were there three times a week with virtual classes, and the most impactful part of the experience was the in-person training week. We learned so much, and it was great to meet other people who started at the same week that I did.

Text: What are some incentives offered by ADP Sales?
[SPEECH: BRANDON]
The rewards and sales is actually what drives most of the people that work in sales, and ADP is really great at what they do in regards to that. So there's different things that you get to go, and let's say you hit quota. They have trips that they could send you on whether it's going to Hawaii. So the rewards are always amazing. And then not only is it just trips but also money, which drives most people, especially me because I'm in sales. I like money. So when you hit certain quotas, you know you get bonuses.
[SPEECH: LIZZIE]
There's a lot of incentives for having-- doing a great job, and there's a trip in the beginning of the fiscal year called Super Starts. And I think last year we went to Mexico, and this year, we're all pining to get on that boat to Italy for our President’s Club. So there's a lot of incentives for making sure that you are hitting your number.
[SPEECH: KELSEY]
When you do make these trips and you do go and travel the world, you’re treated like absolute royalty, and all your hard work really does pay off when you get to actually go there. You also share it with your partner, so I think that's really important to that your support system is able to then be there with you, and it makes it all worth it.
