Payroll Core Service - TEAM LEADER
Major Accounts Services (MAS)

Mission:

The MAS Team Leader is responsible for the leadership and management of a Service Center area for a defined set of clients and/or products. The Team Leader has significant impact on the work environment and will be tasked to provide the tools and resources for associates to succeed and maintain a high level of associate engagement and client/participant satisfaction.

  • Overseeing daily associate activities and service level metrics.
  • Setting goals and providing continuous feedback and development opportunities.
  • Reviewing team performance and addressing improvement areas.
  • Achieving associate engagement and turnover objectives.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to meet service objectives.
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities and gathering associate feedback.
  • Creating a high‑performance team culture that supports development and retention.
  • Delivering regular performance feedback and conducting annual reviews.
  • Managing recruitment, selection, hiring, compensation, and performance management.
  • Determining training needs and ensuring timely, effective training delivery.

  • Graduate of business administration, management, accounting, or related disciplines (Highly Preferred).
  • Proven ability to prioritize critical client issues and manage workflow.
  • Proficiency in PC applications.
  • Working knowledge of payroll and benefits administration (Highly Preferred).
  • Effective oral and written communications skills required
  • Strong interpersonal conflict management and mentoring skills.
  • Effective time management, organization, and planning required.
