Job Summary:
| The Payroll Implementation Team is part of the Italy Business Unit and is responsible for supporting the successful implementation of payroll solutions. The Consultant analyzes customer requirements and defines the technical specifications needed to configure and implement information system solutions that meet the client's business needs. |
| The Consultant is responsible for implementing payroll interfaces for new Celergo/Streamline/ BOB clients on the One Service platform for Italy. |
| He/She serves as the client's trusted partner, supporting them in the analysis and implementation of payroll regulations in compliance with applicable legislation, ensuring the highest level of service quality. |
| As part of their mission, the Consultant aims to ensure client satisfaction and service continuity throughout the handover of the client’s account to the recurring service team. |
The Consultant applies the implementation methodology to ensure the successful delivery of all agreed project deliverables.
Key responsibilities include analyzing client requirements, defining functional and technical specifications, and supporting the design and implementation of effective system solutions that meet user expectations and business requirements.
Responsibilities:
Performs analysis activities to define the technical specifications required for the information system, ensuring alignment with the customer's configuration requirements.
- Initiates projects by gathering all relevant information and reviewing the payroll solution and scope of services agreed with the client.
- Analyzes client requirements and configures system parameters in accordance with client needs and project specifications.
- Coordinates the collection, validation, and loading of historical timesheet data.
- Tests and validates system configurations to ensure they meet the client's requirements and business processes.
- Delivers project activities and implementation services in line with agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Ensures client satisfaction by monitoring project deliverables and ensuring compliance with contractual commitments.
- Actively contributes to team initiatives, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement activities.
Education and experience:
Education: Graduate degree or related experience
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Entry level of Italian (A2 minimum) & English B2
- Demonstrates autonomy, proactivity, adaptability, and responsiveness in a dynamic work environment.
- Shows a strong interest in new technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Possesses a strong customer service orientation and commitment to client satisfaction.
- Follows established processes with accuracy, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Proactively identifies opportunities to enhance and optimize processes.
- Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset and embraces change positively.
