What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary support liaison between the company and client.
- Interpret client needs through discovery and analysis.
- Maintain all client data accurately and up to date in the applicable CRM systems and databases.
- Develop product expertise with Enterprise eTIME and business domain expertise in Time and Labor Management concepts and solutions.
- Resolve client application questions and issues related to system setup, product functionality, product enhancements, and other service matters within the complex area of time and labor management.
- Participate in special projects and other regional initiatives as required by management.
- Convey client feedback to internal functional leaders to help improve the client experience.
- Utilize product expertise to formulate and implement solutions that deliver desired results, generate revenue through specialized services billing, and coordinate project billing.
- Demonstrate proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting Time and Labor Management systems to meet client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction. This includes, but is not limited to, data integration interfaces, data collection software, and time clocks.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree; or
- Experience in a business-to-business client service environment with expertise in a Human Capital Management functional area and/or product-feature specialization.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques to help resolve common client issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of associates, including senior management.
- Experience with Kronos Workforce Central and/or Time and Labor Management concepts is preferred.
- Coursework toward FPC, CPP, and/or PHR certification is preferred.
