Integration Project Manager
Job Description
Role Purpose
The Integration Project Manager is responsible for leading the implementation of ADP Connection or C2 integration solutions for multinational clients. Acting as the primary client contact, the role manages project delivery, gathers and analyzes business requirements, defines interface scope, coordinates testing activities, and ensures successful deployment. The Integration Project Manager bridges client business needs and technical solution delivery by translating requirements into functional specifications and collaborating with Solution Designers throughout the implementation lifecycle. The IPM serves as the primary client contact for assigned projects during implementation and once the client is live (during hypercare period only, for C2 projects).
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Leadership & Delivery
• Manage end-to-end implementation projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, and delivery commitments.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.
• Coordinate internal and client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure delivery meets agreed scope, quality standards, and timelines.
• Facilitate communication between clients, payroll teams, service teams, and technical experts.
• Support technical and functional decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Client Consulting & Requirements Analysis
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout implementation.
• Lead discovery sessions and requirements workshops.
• Recommend best-practice approaches.
for ADP Connection projects :
• Analyze client interface requirements and assess solution scope
• Collaborate with Connectivity Solution Designers on technical solution design.
• Challenge requirements where appropriate.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and mapping documentation.
• Ensure clear alignment between requirements, solution design, testing strategy, and delivery objectives.
3. Testing, Deployment & post Go-Live Management
• Define and coordinate testing strategies and plans.
• Support clients during test execution and issue resolution.
• Coordinate go-live preparation, cutover activities, and stabilization support.
• Ensure client readiness and successful transition into service for C2 projects.
• Monitor post-deployment activities for ADP Connection projects : production follow up, scope evolution
4. Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder Management
• Build trusted client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Support process, methodology, and documentation improvements.
• Share lessons learned and implementation best practices.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and onboarding activities.
• Support pre-sales and solution assessment activities when required.
Profile
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
Experience
• Experience managing client-facing implementation projects.
• Experience in payroll, HR, HCM, SaaS, or technology implementation environments.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
