Un(e) Chef(fe) de projets Amélioration Continue H/F

La Business Process Improvement team pilote la transformation opérationnelle des activités ADP — amélioration continue des processus métier, déploiement de solutions d’automatisation (RPA, IA), et structuration de la performance à l’échelle des directions opérationnelles. Le Chef de Projet BPI opère en interface directe avec les équipes métier et les directions, dans une structure matricielle qui exige autant de rigueur analytique que de capacité à influencer sans autorité hiérarchique.
Missions


Amélioration continue et Lean:

  • Cadrage et conduite de chantiers Lean sur des processus opérationnels complexes (paie, gestion administrative, flux documentaires);
  • Cartographie AS-IS/TO-BE et quantification des gains potentiels (FTE, qualité, délais);
  • Suivi de déploiement jusqu’à la réalisation effective des bénéfices.


Automatisation et transformation digitale:

  • Pilotage de programmes d’automatisation hybrides combinant RPA et solutions IA;
  • Production des Business Requirements Documents et liaison avec les équipes techniques internes;
  • Gestion du portefeuille d’initiatives : priorisation, dépendances, risques, suivi des économies projetées.


Pilotage et gouvernance:

  • Construction et animation des instances de suivi : comités opérationnels, steering committees de direction, reportings COMEX;
  • Synthèse de données complexes en narrative exécutive claire pour des parties prenantes de niveaux hétérogènes;
  • Maintien d’une visibilité programme cohérente auprès des directions concernées.


Profil recherché:

  • 5 ans d’expérience minimum en transformation, amélioration continue ou pilotage de programme (environnement services ou BPO privilégié);
  • Maîtrise des méthodologies Lean (VSM, A3, kaizen);
  • Connaissance fonctionnelle de l’automatisation RPA (Power Automate ou équivalent);
  • Capacité à lire et qualifier un cas d’usage IA sans profil technique;
  • Certification PMP ou équivalent appréciée;
  • Français courant obligatoire, anglais professionnel requis;
  • Capacité à structurer un problème flou, défendre une position en comité de direction et opérer en autonomie sur des périmètres non encore définis.
