The Senior Lead Engineer is a senior technical leadership role responsible for defining enterprise technology strategy, architecture standards, and engineering best practices across cloud, infrastructure, security, and AI platforms. Acting as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME), this role leads the design and evolution of scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that enable business growth and accelerate digital transformation.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Requires a combination of deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership influence, with a proven ability to drive enterprise-wide transformation, mentor senior engineers, and deliver secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions using industry-leading technologies and best practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Architect and govern large-scale cloud environments on AWS.
- Drive infrastructure automation using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Establish and promote engineering best practices across:
- DevOps
- DevSecOps
- Platform Engineering
- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Cloud Security
- Provide strategic leadership for:
- Cloud-native architectures
- CI/CD platforms
- Kubernetes ecosystems
- Observability and monitoring
- Reliability engineering
- Operational excellence
- Champion the adoption of emerging technologies, including:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Generative AI
- Agentic AI
- MLOps
- AIOps
- Intelligent automation
- AI-assisted software development
- Integrate AI and automation capabilities into the Application Development Lifecycle (ADLC/SDLC) to enhance productivity, quality, and innovation.
- Partner with executives, architects, engineering teams, security organizations, and business stakeholders to:
- Define technology roadmaps
- Establish governance frameworks
- Drive modernization strategies
- Align technology investments with business objectives
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 8-12 years of experience in a similar role or related technical leadership positions.
- Advanced or fluent English, with strong ability to collaborate and communicate with global teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
