Description
RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Processamento completo da folha de pagamento Latam;
- Processamento de antecipações, pagamentos quinzenas e mensais, férias, entre outros direitos trabalhistas e impostos (e-social e DIRF) e rescisões;
- Processamento da folha de pagamento para clientes na Argentina a partir do Brasil.
- Atendimento e suporte a clientes.
- Uso e manuseio de ferramentas e softwares relacionados à folha de pagamento.
- Análise e resolução de problemas relacionados ao processamento da folha de pagamento.
- Organização de tarefas diárias
- Execução do calendário mensal e checklist de processos
REQUISITOS:
- Desejável conhecimento em processamento de folha: conferência, fechamento, rescisão, contribuições e impostos
- Ensino Superior – Cursando/Completo
- Habilidade de organização, trabalho em equipe, negociação, empatia e proatividade
- Espanhol intermediário/avançado
- Excel intermediário
O modelo de trabalho adotado pela ADP é office based/presencial, com a possibilidade de trabalho em home-office por até duas vezes na semana
