Hybrid Field Sales Role | Burnaby-Based | Client-Facing

ADP is hiring a Senior Sales Representative, National Accounts (Hunter) to drive new market share within our National Accounts segment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Drive Growth and Market Expansion

Own a defined territory and execute a high-impact sales strategy to secure new business, expand ADP's footprint, and consistently exceed revenue objectives.

Build Strategic Client Relationships

Engage executive decision-makers and business leaders to uncover business challenges, deliver value-driven solutions, and establish long-term partnerships.

Accelerate Enterprise Success

Develop and execute strategic account plans that identify growth opportunities, competitive positioning, and pathways to expand client relationships.

Collaborate for Results

Partner with internal stakeholders, solution experts, and Global National Accounts teams to support complex sales opportunities and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve or exceed annual revenue, product, and business development goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans aligned to growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting and targeted account development.
  • Think and act like a business owner by continuously assessing market trends, uncovering emerging client needs, and developing innovative growth initiatives that expand ADP's presence and long-term success.
  • Engage C-suite and senior decision-makers to identify business needs and position ADP solutions.
  • Leverage executive networking, industry events, referrals, and thought leadership activities to generate opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM and sales enablement tools to drive territory penetration, forecast accuracy, and pipeline management.
  • Identify and win competitive opportunities to expand ADP's market share.
  • Collaborate with Global National Accounts and cross-functional teams on complex and multinational opportunities.
  • Maintain deep expertise in ADP's HCM solutions and effectively communicate ADP's unique value proposition

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Required Experience

  • 8+ years of successful B2B sales experience, including mid-market and enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record selling complex, enterprise-level solutions to national or strategic accounts.
  • Demonstrated success prospecting, influencing, and closing business with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative selling, discovery, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience building and managing strategic account and territory plans.
  • Success operating within a collaborative, team-selling, matrixed environment.
  • Strong CRM proficiency and pipeline management discipline.
  • High degree of accountability, resilience, business acumen, and executive presence.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable access to a personal vehicle for this field-based role.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling HCM, Payroll, HR Technology, SaaS, or related business solutions.
  • Knowledge of the competitive HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management landscape.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is CAD $131,700.00 - CAD $181,700.00 / Year*

*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.

In Ontario and/or British Columbia (where applicable), the range shown represents the expected total compensation, including vacation pay and commission at target. Commissions are based on several factors, including but not limited to individual targets and achievements, as well as company guidelines and plans.
