ADP is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner in our Mexico City office. This role serves as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for Spanish-speaking Latin America, supporting hiring strategies and talent acquisition initiatives across multiple countries in the region (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru). In this position, you'll attract top talent to ADP by implementing best practices in recruiting strategy. You'll create, roll out, and execute complex recruiting projects to deliver meaningful results across Latin America partnering with business leaders and stakeholders throughout the region.

What You'll Do to Drive the Process
- Drive implementation and execution of best practices in behavioral based interviewing and recruiting strategy across LATAM markets.
- Put your agility and time management skills to work while managing large and/or complex req. volumes and using the Full Cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, evaluating, and completing hiring process
Be a Talent Magnet
- Proactively uncover and implement creative ways to identify and recruit top talent
- Use social media platforms to connect with talent pools
Be a trusted advisor to stakeholders
- Partner with business leaders across multiple Latin American countries, identifying talent needs and delivering strategic recruitment solutions.
- Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and regional hiring expertise to support workforce planning and decision-making.
- Innovate processes and strategies that create a consistent and effective recruiting experience across diverse geographies and stakeholder group
Obsess Over the Candidate Experience
- Provide a five-star candidate experience that is positive, simplified, and memorable
- Sell ADP's Employer Brand and culture to potential candidates
Deliver Meaningful Results
- Lead and deliver key hiring initiatives that support ADP's talent agenda across Latin America.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR leaders across the region to support organizational growth, workforce transformation, and critical hiring priorities.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs in key LATAM markets.
What You Need To Do The Job (Education/Experience/Critical Skills)
- Bilingual, English & Spanish. Portuguese is a plus!
- 5 years +/- Full Cycle Recruitment Experience or other relevant experience in HR.
- Proven experience recruiting across multiple Spanish-speaking Latin American countries and partnering with stakeholders in a regional environment.
- A top-notch track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs, managing large or complex vacancy volumes, and executing projects with excellence.
- Interest in working on employer branding.
- Experience partnering with leadership and driving hiring initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to interact at all levels of an organization.
- Knowledge of local employment law (ideally Mexico plus other Spanish Speaking Latam countries).
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage multiple deadlines, oversee projects, influence without authority, and drive for desired results.
