The HCR Client Tech Product Support Analyst partners with our internal HCR teams and our internal operations and client facing teams to ensure that our product and data needs are met with quality and efficiency. Utilize data integration tools like advanced SQL, Excel, Access, XML to integrate, convert and enrich file-based data flows from external systems. Partner with our Service, Implementation and Product teams to ensure that data and product issues are satisfied with quality and efficiency. Identify operational efficiencies by streamlining and automating processes, reducing manual work. A day at work will include but not limited to: Siebel queue assigned work Responsible to run jobs in a job scheduler (HSAP) including but not limited to loading files, running calculations and other jobs. Researching client issues by reviewing data scenarios and calculation results. Granting access to ACA Product Product Release Validation ##LI-DNIBachelors degree in information systems (or equivalent in training and experience). 1-5 years of experience in data integration and technical service role. Advance knowledge of SQL and Python Experience with Siebel, Confluence a plus. General understanding of HR, benefits systems, payroll processing is a plus. Can identify and resolve critical client issues at all levels of complexity A self-starter with the ability to learn quickly, lead and work on multiple projects simultaneously, and be result oriented.
