Télévendeur en alternance (H/F)
Au sein de notre équipe composée de 5 télévendeurs, vous aurez pour mission principale la prospection-vente de solutions additionnelles par téléphone. A savoir, la vente de solutions paie/RH, dématérialisées auprès de la base clients.
Missions / Activités du poste
Mission 1 : Prospection téléphonique pure
A ce titre, le postulant doit :
- Avoir l’expérience de l’outil téléphonique
- Avoir une bonne élocution
- Utiliser un vocabulaire adapté
Mission 2 : Suivi de la base/portefeuille
A ce titre, le postulant doit être organisé et rigoureux
Mission 3 : Relances
A ce titre, le postulant doit avoir une bonne capacité à absorber la charge de travail
Mission 4 : Closing
A ce titre, le postulant doit : avoir des compétences en négociation
Profil recherché / Compétences
Les « savoirs » :
- Avoir des connaissances au niveau commercial, au niveau de l’utilisation des outils informatiques.
- Avoir une bonne culture générale.
Les « savoir-faire » :
- Savoir gérer son activité
- Savoir gérer son temps
Les « savoir-faire » comportementaux :
- Avoir une bonne connaissance du marché B2B/portefeuille/solutions
- Aimer convaincre son interlocuteur
- Avoir une attitude toujours positive et respectueuse
- Avoir une bonne résistance à l’échec
Diplôme souhaité : BTS NDRC, Bachelor ou Master Commerce / Business Développement.
Le postulant doit être disposé à travailler en équipe et collaborer avec ses pairs, participer à des réunions d’échange sur les actions en cours ou à venir.
Il doit être force de proposition et se former aux outils et aux techniques de vente.
Une première expérience en télévente (stage ou alternance précédente) est un vrai plus.
