ADP is hiring a Tax Processing Specialist.
What you’ll do:
- Responsible for payroll tax activities, including compliance filings for federal, state, and local agencies.
- Prepare and submit interim, quarterly, and year-end tax filings and reports.
- Stay current with federal, state, and local payroll tax compliance regulations.
- Research and implement tax strategies to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk.
- Ability to sort through issues, and seek input from others in order to identify and address root cause for issues.
- Help resolve tax inquiries from various business units and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Attentive to detail and accuracy and committed to excellence and quality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite including, Excel, Word & Outlook.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Look for ways to improve current processes.
- Able to handle pressure well and effectively communicate when support is needed.
- Organizational skills are a must to help meet deadlines and reduce risk.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Tax processing experience.
- A college degree is preferred but not required.
OR
- Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $17.02 - USD $30.14 / Hour*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
