We are looking for highly motivated and passionate Technology Graduates who aspire to build next-generation automation and Artificial Intelligence solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Generative AI and Intelligent Automation
As a Technology Graduate Engineer, you will collaborate with global teams to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that drive business transformation, operational excellence, and AI-powered innovation across the enterprise.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy solving complex problems, learning emerging technologies, and building scalable digital solutions that create measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Automation & RPA Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Blue Prism RPA Platform
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Build reusable automation components, workflows, and frameworks.
- Support automation deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization activities.
- Participate in automation governance and best practice implementation.
Artificial Intelligence & Generative AI
- Develop AI-powered solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
- Build intelligent assistants, chatbots, copilots, and workflow automation solutions.
- Work with prompt engineering, AI orchestration frameworks, and retrieval systems.
- Evaluate AI solutions for accuracy, reliability, scalability, and business value.
- Stay current with emerging advancements in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.
Software Engineering
- Develop applications and automation integrations using Python, C#, Java, or similar programming languages.
- Collaborate with architects and senior engineers in designing scalable solutions.
- Participate in Agile development practices, code reviews, testing, and DevOps activities.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and quality standards.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in:
- Computer Science Engineering
- Information Technology

Required Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge in at least one of:
