About The Role
ADP is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant with expertise in payroll, payroll technology, and compliance. In this client-facing role, you'll partner with Sales teams to demonstrate ADP's Payroll and HCM solutions and help organizations solve complex business and workforce challenges.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on payroll experience, strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation, experience with payroll or HCM technology platforms, and a PCP or CCP designation. As a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, you'll uncover business needs, deliver impactful solution demonstrations, and help organizations modernize their payroll operations through ADP's industry-leading technology.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Sales teams to present Payroll and HCM solutions to prospective clients.
- Lead discovery discussions to understand payroll, compliance, and workforce management requirements.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Translate payroll and business requirements into technology solutions.
- Serve as a trusted payroll subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle.
- Stay current on payroll legislation, compliance requirements, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications
- PCP or CCP designation through the National Payroll Institute.
- 3+ years of experience with payroll technology, payroll software, HCM, HRIS, or workforce management solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- Experience delivering client presentations, demonstrations, or consultative solution discussions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, Payroll Consulting, or Implementation.
- Experience with ADP or other payroll/HCM platforms.
- Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise clients.
- Relevant technology certifications.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is CAD $59,300.00 - CAD $94,800.00 / Year*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
In Ontario and/or British Columbia (where applicable), the range shown represents the expected total compensation, including vacation pay and commission at target. Commissions are based on several factors, including but not limited to individual targets and achievements, as well as company guidelines and plans.
