Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI reports, dashboards, scorecards, and semantic models. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Develop robust data models using star and snowflake schemas, ensuring performance, accuracy, and scalability. Create advanced DAX measures, calculated columns, KPIs, and business metrics. Design and optimize Power Query (M) transformations and ETL processes. Integrate Power BI with multiple data sources including SQL Server, Azure Data Services, Databricks, Snowflake, Oracle, APIs, and enterprise applications. Implement row-level security (RLS), data governance, and data quality controls. Monitor and optimize report performance, dataset refreshes, and capacity utilization. Lead enterprise deployment, workspace management, release processes, and Power BI governance best practices. Partner with data engineering teams to define data pipelines and analytical models. Mentor junior developers and establish BI development standards, reusable frameworks, and documentation. Drive adoption of self-service analytics and modern BI capabilities across the organization. Support executive and leadership reporting with high-quality visualizations and actionable insights. This role is ideal for a senior analytics professional who can combine deep technical expertise with business acumen to build and lead enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. ##LI-DNIBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. 10-15 years of experience in BI, Data Warehousing, Reporting, or Analytics, with at least 5+ years focused on Power BI. Strong expertise in: Power BI Desktop, Service, Fabric, and Dataflows DAX and Power Query (M) SQL and data modeling Data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling Report optimization and performance tuning Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Strong stakeholder management and business requirement gathering skills. Experience leading medium-to-large BI implementations and analytics programs. Preferred Skills Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Snowflake experience. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and source control for Power BI. Experience with Finance, Sales, Operations, HR, or Enterprise KPI reporting. Exposure to AI-enabled analytics, Copilot for Power BI, and advanced analytical capabilities. Power BI, Azure, Fabric, or related Microsoft certifications.
