End-to-End Data Pipeline Development Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and delivery. Integrate data from multiple sources using SQL, APIs, Python scripts, and connectors. Ensure scalability, efficiency, and reliability of data workflows. Data Modeling & Preparation Clean, validate, and structure data for analytics and reporting. Develop and maintain data models optimized for Power BI/Tableau. Create efficient tables, views, and optimized SQL queries for performance. Dashboard Development (Power BI / Tableau) Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and/or Tableau. Translate business requirements into visual insights and KPIs. Optimize dashboards for usability, performance, and scalability. Automation & Scheduling Implement automated workflows for data refreshes and report updates. Manage scheduling tools and orchestrate recurring data processes. Monitoring & Alerting Set up automated alerts and KPI monitoring mechanisms. Monitor end-to-end pipeline health and quickly resolve failures or performance issues. Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve issues across the data pipeline and dashboards. Optimize query performance, data refresh times, and dashboard responsiveness. Collaboration & Stakeholder Support Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver insights. Provide guidance on data availability, quality, and reporting best practices. Documentation & Governance Document data flows, pipelines, models, and dashboards. Ensure adherence to enterprise security, compliance, and governance standards (e.g., ADP policies). Required Skills Strong experience in Python (scripting, automation, data processing) Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, optimization, data modeling) Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau (dashboard development) Experience with data pipelines / ETL / ELT processes Experience working with APIs (REST/JSON integrations) Strong understanding of data modeling and analytics design Experience with automation, scheduling, and monitoring tools ##LI-DNI
