The ESI Datahub AI Achitect role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives that leverage Generative AI to enhance business processes. Candidate will focus on implementing transformative solutions that align with the companys goals. This position requires a seasoned professional with 13 to 15 years of experience in business transformation and technical expertise in Generative AI. 15+ years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions, with at least 3 years focused on Generative AI, Agentic AI or multi-agent systems 10+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions using Python At least 2 years direct experience developing agentic AI systems, including agent orchestration, tool integration, and autonomous decision-making workflows (ie: LangChain; Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Strands; CrewAI. LangGraph) Azure : AI Foundry (design, deployment, orchestration of AI/agentic applications); OpenAI Service (LLM integration for reasoning, planning, and tool use); Cognitive Search & Vector DBs (retrieval, memory, context for agents); Cognitive Services (vision, speech, and language APIs for agent capabilities); Entra ID & Key Vault (identity, security, compliance for AI workloads); and/or AWS : Amazon Bedrock (foundation models, model evaluation, and agent orchestration); Knowledge bases (retrieval, metadata filtering, re-ranking), Guardrails, Prompt Flows, and RAG pipelines for enterprise-grade agentic solutions; Lambda, ECR and EC2 based deployment; Amazon Q Business & Q Developer (enterprise AI assistant and code generation capabilities); Cognito (identity, security, compliance for AI workloads); IAM, Secrets Manager, and KMS; 5+ years experience leading, managing and delivering complex AI Solutions engagements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field ##LI-DNI

Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of business transformation strategies that utilize Generative AI to optimize operations and improve efficiency. Oversee the integration of AI-driven solutions into existing business models to enhance productivity and drive innovation. Provide expert guidance on the adoption of Generative AI technologies to streamline processes and reduce operational costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation that align with organizational objectives. Analyze business requirements and design AI solutions that meet the needs of various departments and stakeholders. Ensure the successful deployment of AI models and monitor their performance to achieve desired outcomes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth transformation initiatives. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating the impact of AI solutions and making necessary adjustments. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance team capabilities in AI technologies. Implement best practices for AI integration and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Support the creation of a culture of innovation and adaptability within the organization. Monitor industry trends and advancements in AI to keep the company at the forefront of technological innovation. Report on transformation progress and outcomes to senior management providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives. Qualifications Possess extensive experience in business transformation with a focus on Generative AI technologies. Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess business needs and design effective AI solutions. Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Hold a deep understanding of AI models and their application in business settings. Show proficiency in project management and the ability to lead complex transformation initiatives. Have a proven track record of successfully implementing AI-driven strategies in large organizations. Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with AI advancements.
