ADP is hiring a Senior Manager, Compliance Delivery within the Compliance Solutions Shared Services organization.

In this role, you will lead a highly experienced team responsible for the compliance delivery of Wage Garnishments, New Hire Reporting, Unemployment Claims, and Separation Notices / Offboarding. The team manages complex research, mitigation, and negotiation activities that support compliance, operational readiness, and service continuity across these areas while helping reduce risk and minimize financial impact.

This role calls for strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will lead people, manage risk, drive process improvement, and execute compliance initiatives effectively. You will also bring strong analytical capability, project management discipline, and the ability to translate complex issues into clear action across a range of stakeholders.

As Senior Manager, Compliance Delivery, you will lead a team that serves as a primary liaison between ADP and external agencies, law offices, and vendors, while also partnering closely with internal stakeholders across compliance, legal, government affairs, Product/Tech, payroll system teams, Client Service, and senior leadership. You will help ensure regulatory and operational changes are understood, communicated, and implemented effectively, while leading multiple initiatives at once and aligning partners around shared priorities.

You will also strengthen operational performance by using data, metrics, and industry insights to identify risks, improve service delivery, and prioritize opportunities for automation and efficiency.

People leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports while setting clear expectations and managing performance

Compliance and regulatory delivery

  • Oversee regulatory research related to state compliance changes and identify impacts to service delivery
  • Develop and deliver metrics that support compliance maintenance and enhancement projects
  • Assess business requirements, evaluate impact, and support strategic initiatives and business incident response as needed

Cross-functional execution

  • Build strong working relationships with compliance, legal, and government affairs leadership
  • Serve as a liaison across key partner groups to ensure compliance initiatives stay on track
  • Partner with Product/Tech, payroll system teams, Client Service, and Compliance leadership to implement policy and product changes effectively

Operational improvement and business insight

  • Use internal and external data to analyze industry trends and recommend business improvements
  • Identify, prioritize, and drive process improvement and automation opportunities based on business impact and effort

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in wage garnishment, compliance, change management, process improvement, project management, or operations
  • Strong experience in data analysis, including curating, analyzing, and presenting data
  • Experience leading multiple employees and guiding broader groups of associates
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $99,600.00 - USD $185,800.00 / Year*

*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
