ADP is hiring a Senior PreSales Solutions Consultant.

As a Senior PreSales Solutions Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects, collaborating with sales teams to deliver tailored HCM strategies. You will identify critical business needs, design impactful solutions, and deliver compelling presentations to help organizations achieve their goals.
What You'll Do: Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand business challenges and present innovative HCM solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to uncover prospect and client needs and recommend tailored strategies and solutions.
  • Deliver advanced product demonstrations that showcase ADP's capabilities, addressing both technical and strategic client requirements.
  • Provide insight into industry trends and challenges, helping prospects and clients align their strategies with market opportunities.
  • Leverage technical expertise to explain integrations, workflows, and system capabilities in a business context.

What You'll Need: Qualifications
  • 4--6 years of business experience (in PreSales, HCM technology, Human Resources, or a related field).
  • Strong understanding of HCM technology, including integrations, advanced configurations, and workflows.
  • Ability to deliver sophisticated presentations and product demonstrations to senior-level audiences clearly.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific challenges and how HCM solutions address them.
  • Comfort in engaging with IT and business leaders to discuss technical and strategic topics.
  • Travel is required to support client engagements, attend meetings, or participate in industry events.
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
  • Experience noted above, OR
