Role Overview The US HR Technical Implementation Analyst is a subject matter expert responsible for the successful implementation, stabilization, support, and optimization of Lyric HCM HR solutions. The role combines US HR domain expertise, technical problem-solving & client delivery, to ensure accurate HR setup, payroll processing, compliance, and client success. Key Accountabilities Deliver accurate and timely resolution of complex HR and HCM technology issues. Lead HR implementation activities including configuration, validation, testing, and go-live readiness. Ensure HR data integrity across Lyric HCM and downstream systems. Mentor consultants and improve team capabilities through coaching and knowledge sharing. Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency. Build and maintain client confidence during critical payroll cycles. Key Responsibilities HR Support & Issue Resolution Troubleshoot and resolve complex HR setup and integration issues. Manage escalations and provide support during payroll processing cycles, including critical periods. Prioritize and resolve Jira-based HR incidents and defects. Data Integration & System Expertise Analyze payroll data flow between HCM and payroll engines (Autopay, PI). Resolve mapping, interface, and calculation logic issues. Ensure accurate integration with GL, banking, reporting, and downstream systems. Continuous Improvement Serve as a HR SME for clients and internal teams. Provide training and knowledge-sharing. Analyze trends and recommend process and product improvements.
