Our Global HR & Talent Client Services Application Support Consultant actively contributes to ADP continuous success by helping leading multinational companies to manage their employees’ life cycle from recruitment to retirement. The position holds a key role participating in or leading process/business improvement activities and projects.
Function
As a member of ADP’s HR & Talent support team, the Global HR & Talent Client Services Application Support Consultant will be responsible for our global SAP SuccessFactors clients technical support and system maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for client SAP SuccessFactors system maintenance and configuration changes in certified SuccessFactors modules
Operate as SME evaluating new functionality and client impact during SAP biannual releases
Responsible to support also other activities related to client service such as user training delivery, additional after go-live system configuration activities etc.
Co-operate with Global Service lead consultant, collaborate with global team
Respond to client generated tickets – perform troubleshooting tasks, apply break fix
Raise tickets to SAP as appropriate, work with SAP processors and engineers
Participate on client ticket review calls
Advise clients on Best Practices within the area of expertise
Education
Required: Bachelor’s Degree SAP SF Certification in Employee Central and one additional module
Skills and Relevant Work Experience
Required:
Fluency in English (oral and written)
Strong client service orientation
Good analytical skills
Ability to communicate
Perfect understanding and practice of HR processing procedures
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong initiative and enthusiasm
PC literate (Windows, Excel, Word)
SF functional/ technical certification Employee Central
3 or more years previous SFSF implementation or service experience
SAP ERP (ECC6) knowledge is a plus
Siebel CRM or knowledge and practice of other Client Relationship Management tools
