Position Summary:
As our Field Sales Manager for our Swiss market,
- You will be representing ADP and all the local & international services and products that we can offer to our clients.
- Your main responsibility is on creating new business opportunities and make sure you close the deal.
- You will be directly reporting to the Sales Director and will have tight relationships with other local & international District Managers, Global Sales Managers, and important stakeholders in the ADP organization (Implementation, Customer Service, Sales Support etc) to orchestrate the service excellence value proposition delivered to the customer.
- You will be the owner and plan your territory or account approach in accordance with the Sales strategy.
- Provide visibility on Sales activities, providing accurate monthly forecast and ensuring maintenance of Salesforce.com with all new account, opportunity, contact and adhere to the current defined Sales processes.
Profile:
We're looking for someone with:
- a demonstrated Sales aptitude in complex Sales cycle and excellent closing skills;
- a strong Sales background in business, financials, payroll, HCM & Saas products/services;
- a deep understanding of the needs/challenges of the Swiss market;
- an ability to develop their ecosystem;
- an entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience:
We are looking for a enthusiastic candidate who can bring in:
- Must-Have: 5-10 years of Sales experience in the Swiss market, within the HCM, payroll industry and vendors, large technology companies, partners, preferred in the environment of Global Enterprise Sales;
- Fluent in French & English. German highly appreciated.
- Proven proficiency in "Account Plan" development and implementation of related complex sales strategies to secure large Accounts;
- Experienced in new business closure at international level with C-level interactions;
- Driven by success, results and overachieving;
- Excellent communication skills, personal integrity and positive attitude;
- Knows how to act within an international matrix organization.
