ADP is hiring an Advisor Channel Executive to support sales growth and business development initiatives within our Retirement Services (RS) organization.
The Advisor Channel Executive is responsible for executing the strategic initiatives established by the Vice President of Advisor Channel Sales to accelerate growth across ADP Retirement Services’ advisor channel. This role serves as the operational leader behind the advisor strategy, driving execution across strategic alliances, home office relationships, Pooled Employer Plan (PEP) distribution, Third-Party Administrator (TPA) partnerships, and advisor engagement initiatives. The primary focus of this position is expanding ADP’s distribution through broker-dealer, Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), and strategic alliance partners while developing programs that increase advisor adoption, referral activity, and retirement plan sales. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, Strategic Alliances, and field sales teams to ensure consistent execution of national growth strategies.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities
Sales Partnership & Business Development
- Represent ADP RS at industry conferences, strategic partner meetings, advisor events, and home office engagements to strengthen relationships and expand ADP’s market presence.
- Drive growth across ADP’s Strategic Alliance channel, with a primary focus on broker-dealers, RIAs, home offices, TPAs, and key distribution partners.
- Lead advisor distribution initiatives for ADP’s PEP, including partner education, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution.
- Develop and strengthen executive relationships with strategic alliance firms, national home offices, TPAs, and retirement industry partners to increase advisor engagement and referral opportunities.
- Partner with field sales leadership to successfully deploy advisor channel strategies across the organization.
- Develop sales playbooks, advisor campaigns, competitive positioning, and growth initiatives that support advisor acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations for Sales Leadership meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, National Sales Meetings, strategic planning sessions, and executive updates.
- Design and deliver internal training programs that educate sales leaders and associates on advisor strategy, alliance distribution, PEP positioning, competitive differentiation, and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Strategic Alliances to develop advisor-facing messaging, campaigns, and sales enablement resources.
- Analyze advisor channel performance, strategic alliance results, and market trends to identify opportunities and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
Program Leadership & Talent Development
- Deliver training, coaching, recognition, and development programs that help team members achieve their full potential.
- Drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of strategic retirement-focused programs and initiatives.
- Partner with sales leadership to align program objectives with broader business goals.
- Achieve assigned sales and growth objectives through effective program management and execution.
- Maintain program standards, processes, and operational best practices to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
What you need to Succeed: Required Qualifications
- FINRA Series 6, 63, and 26 licenses preferred. Candidates with a proven track record of sales success may be considered contingent upon obtaining the required licenses within 60 days of hire.
- Minimum of three years of quota-carrying sales experience with demonstrated success achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across sales organizations and leadership teams.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented professional with a proven ability to work independently and drive results.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Experience in retirement services, financial services, or a related industry preferred.
- Strong coaching, talent development, and leadership capabilities.

- Location: Open to candidates in all U.S. locations.
- Travel: Approximately 60% travel required across a large multi-state territory.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $62,700.00 - USD $124,700.00 / Year*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
