We are looking for an experienced Director Marketing Brand Experience and Sports & Entertainment to join our ADP Corporate Marketing Brand 2 Demand team. This is an experienced marketer with a passion for sports, and a working knowledge across all sports, including golf as well as entertainment platforms.
We are looking for a high-energy, strategic leader who has a successful track record of driving 360-degree brand experience platforms in B2B and leveraging multiple touchpoint including sports, entertainment, pop culture, creators and influencers.
In this role, you will work with the VP of Brand & Content Marketing to help implement the strategy to leverage sports & entertainment marketing as a platform to build awareness of ADP as a HR and Payroll technology leader. In addition, you will lead the execution of our brand experience hospitality programs for internal and external events including managing tickets, budgets, gifting and more.
What you will do:
- Collaborate daily will cross functional sales and marketing teams to implement multi-touch brand experience campaigns.
- Develop a process for the coordination of ADP’s sales and marketing request for enterprise-wide and regional client experiences and hospitality events.
- Lead the development of brand experience campaigns including working with creative teams for visual narrative, graphic design approach to proofreading, editing, and testing across each touch point from registration to post-event experience.
- Provide event updates to Senior leadership based on requested cadence
- Develop Campaign Guides for each of the sports, entertainment and brand experience marketing events that will be distributed to the field for event execution
- Work closely with various internal teams to develop measurement components to show the return on investment for our sports marketing program
- Provide program updates to ADP Marketing Leadership team including identifying KPI’s and campaign reporting.

To succeed in this role:
- Deep strategic approach to client relationship management and how to leverage brand experience platforms to drive business goals
- Have a creative flair to develop internal communications and social content to support our sports marketing program
- Can manage your time, prioritizing deliverables.
- Have strong written and verbal communications skills and fluid understanding of Microsoft Office suite
- Previous experience with sports & entertainment marketing is a plus. B2B experience a plus.
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $114,500.00 - USD $213,500.00 / Year*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
