The Client Account Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall quality and timely delivery of global payroll while enhancing client satisfaction. Acting as the main contact for key or complex accounts, the Senior CAM understands the clients structure and needs, drives governance meetings, tracks KPIs, and ensures all deliverables meet expectations. Responsible for generating reports to analyse, audit, and reconcile payroll data. Audit payroll calculations from global payroll providers & manage all steps of the funding process for projecting funding structures. The CAM is responsible for configuration changes and ensures correct mapping between local payroll systems and central platforms. He liaises with internal stakeholders and ensures that all changes are accurately reflected. Troubleshoot and support all activities related to internal processes for feedback surveys, risk management, and client disengagement. While highlighting and escalating relevant matters that may impact the successful running of client payrolls, to mitigate the impact. Successfully collaborates with associated partners and ADP teams to solve issues, accelerate progress, and drive client satisfaction. Drive stabilization programs when needed to ensure smooth payroll delivery. Schedule and facilitate regular (monthly/quarterly) service reviews and ad-hoc meetings to seek alignment and expedite resolution of high-priority items, share meeting agendas and meeting minutes with all stakeholders Senior CAM acts as the primary global/regional contact for the client, supporting beyond the standard CAM role as per the Account Owner responsibilities: manages strategic client relationships, leads governance calls, and coordinates escalations and follow-ups; oversees SLA reporting, ensures insight dashboard accuracy, and drives improvement plans for underperforming payrolls. Identifies process gaps, proposes improvements, and contributes to internal projects, pilot programs, or task forces aimed at increasing service quality and efficiency. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Strong client relationship and account management skills Languages: Business proficiency in English (verbal and written), bilingual skills are a plus Education: Degree or equivalent work experience in BA, HR, Finance, or related fields Experience: CAM Fresh Grad and for Senior CAM: 3-5+ years of relevant work experience Proficient in office and collaboration tools: MS Office, MS SharePoint, & ticketing tools Solid understanding of payroll processes is preferred; 1+ years of hands-on experience in this stream is a plus ##LI-DNIThe Client Account Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall quality and timely delivery of global payroll while enhancing client satisfaction.
