Ability to translate business requirements into HR solutions and configurations. Strong communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and collaboration skills. Proficiency in AI-enabled productivity tools and emerging technologies. ##LI-DNIQualifications 5+ years in implementation, consulting, or HCM/payroll technology. 5+ years of hands-on US HR setup and troubleshooting experience. Experience with payroll systems and calculation engines (Autopay/PI preferred). Strong compliance knowledge. Education in technical stream: BE / B.Tech / M. Tech / BCS / MCS / etc. Shift: US Shift (East/West Coast)
