Summary: Looking for a monitoring and observability expert with deeper experience with IBM Netcool Omnibus, IMB Netcool Impact, IBM ClouPak For AIOps, IBM Cognos tools with minimum of 7years of experience, with ability to install, configure, upgrade, patch and administer the product. Responsible for Netcool probes (mttrapd, message_bus, Tivoli_eif, spectrum). Create observer jobs within IBM CloudPak for AIOps topology manager to fetch topologies. Knowledge of OpenStack, spinning up workloads inside OpenShift container platform, good understanding of containerized workload and Kubernetes cluster management. Configure various Netcool gateways both unidirectional and bi-directional to achieve the event aggregation needs, very well versed all the CloudPak for AIOps features and should be able to showcase value proposition of these features to various product teams.
