Position Summary:
The Learning Delivery Leader leads the team responsible for delivery of learning offerings available through self-paced; virtual instructor lead and live workshops, leveraging licensed sales methodology IP. The primary purpose of the Learning Delivery Leader and team is to ensure our Learning Delivery offerings effectively support the needs of the business by focusing on sales process mastery, tool and technology proficiency, and internal/external partnerships to drive a modern seller experience for the associates.
This position will collaborate with Leaders both in Sales Learning, Sales Enablement, Data Analytics, Marketing, GAIN and Communications, along with the business units they support to ensure alignment and successful execution of learning deliverables. Integral to this is the responsibility to provide input in the design process, identify and incorporate delivery innovations, seek out and incorporate feedback and provide robust thought leadership specific to modern learning delivery methods.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support ESI training classes.
- Recruits, selects and manages the Learning Delivery team.
- Assigns roles, responsibilities and projects. Conducts performance appraisals and makes compensation decisions. Initiating corrective actions.
- Provides coaching and mentoring and supports continuous learning and staff development that enhances individual performance and team capabilities.
- Accomplishes financial responsibility by tracking expenses and providing forecasts for their team travel; participates in the preparation of an annual T/E budget; and scheduling classes with venues.
- Contributes to long range strategic planning for the department and Global Sales Learning.
- Develops and implements plans to execute on department and cross-functional organizational goals and strategies.
- Builds and cultivates relationships with ADP WWCO leadership, ADP Sales BU Sr Leadership, HRBPs, and other groups/leaders critical to the success of this position.
- Participates actively with external industry groups, consultants and peers, to bring an outside-in-perspective to the role.
- Manages function to ensure high-quality, cost-effective output that positively impacts business results.
Key operational functions include:
- Contributing to the design and implementing new curriculum delivery strategies and technologies in alignment with Sales Learning strategy, learning architecture and modern learning industry best practices.
- Drive efficiencies and innovations in delivery across ADP Sales Bus.
- Maintaining Sales Learning delivery standards and resources.
- Measuring and evaluating associate learning experience (NPS) in a continuous improvement model.
- Monitors performance and operating standards of the team.
- Captures and analyzes broad range of metrics to provide insights, demonstrate impact and drive continuous improvement. (Benchmarks, Milestones, ASP).
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications required:
- A degree is nice to have but not required. What’s more important is having the skills to do the job. Other forms of acceptable experience include:
- 10+ Years of experience
- Commutable to a local sales office (France, UKI, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Germany), with full right to work in the base country
- Fluent English language skills
Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- 4+ Years People Leadership (direct or indirect)
- Knowledge of learning discipline, people management skills, tool stack effectiveness and AI acumen.
