| Key Responsibilities | · Source new sales opportunities through Outbound/Cold Calling. · Intensive research on accounts, lead profiling, identify key players and generate interest
· Close deals On-the-Call and onboard new clients to achieve monthly quotas.
· Respond to RFPs and RFQs and Incented to close deals independently |
| Requirements: | · Ability to comprehend ADP Products / Services and communicate our value proposition · Strong Internet research skills required · Proven Inside Sales Experience with strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day · Understanding of the sales cycle, with the ability to close deals · Excellent Objection Handling and Negotiation skills is an added plus · Possess strong presentation skills, verbal and written communication, listening and interpersonal skills · Must be adaptable, professional, courteous and motivated, and must work well individually or as a member of a team · Highly organized and attentive to detail and self-motivated with a desire to succeed · Self-starter with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities · Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload · Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals |
