Position Summary
The Global Enterprise Seller is a dynamic, results-driven sales professional responsible for developing, expanding, and closing strategic opportunities within a portfolio of global enterprise accounts. This individual excels at navigating complex organizational structures, identifying business priorities, building executive relationships, and driving large-scale opportunities from initial engagement through contract execution.
Leveraging a consultative and value-based selling approach, the Global Enterprise Seller partners with C-level executives, senior business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to uncover business challenges, create demand, and deliver innovative solutions across our full suite of offerings. The role requires a highly motivated seller who can simultaneously expand existing opportunities, create new avenues for growth, and relentlessly drive deals to successful closure. The ideal candidate thrives in complex selling environments, demonstrates strong executive presence, and has a proven track record of orchestrating multi-million-dollar, multi-stakeholder opportunities while building long-term strategic partnerships that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed assigned revenue, bookings, and growth targets by acquiring new business, expanding existing relationships, and increasing solution penetration within strategic global enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies that identify whitespace opportunities, accelerate revenue growth, expand enterprise-wide partnerships, and increase share of wallet across global organizations.
- Create, manage, and close complex, multi-million-dollar sales opportunities by navigating extended sales cycles, coordinating stakeholders, building executive alignment, and driving opportunities from prospecting through contract execution.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives, key decision-makers, and influencers, leveraging business acumen and industry expertise to align solutions with strategic business priorities.
- Drive deal momentum and successful outcomes through disciplined opportunity management, accurate forecasting, strategic deal planning, mutual success plans, and effective management of business cases, buying criteria, and close plans.
- Overcome organizational, competitive, and operational barriers by navigating complex enterprise environments, mitigating risks, addressing objections, and influencing stakeholders throughout the buying process.
- Orchestrate cross-functional resources including solution consultants, product specialists, implementation teams, leadership, operations, and partner organizations to advance opportunities and secure customer commitments.
- Develop compelling value propositions and executive-level business cases that demonstrate measurable business impact, justify investment, and accelerate decision-making.
- Negotiate and close complex enterprise agreements while balancing customer outcomes, profitability, and long-term strategic growth objectives.
- Maintain deep market, industry, and competitive knowledge to effectively position differentiated solutions and identify emerging opportunities within global enterprise accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Experience: Substantial experience as a Complex Enterprise Global or similar experience selling at top executive levels
Preferred Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience and demonstrated enterprise sales success will be considered.
- Proven ability to identify, create, advance, and close complex sales opportunities across multiple business units, geographies, and stakeholder groups.
- Strong history of exceeding sales goals and taking ownership for delivering business results, regardless of market conditions or obstacles.
- Demonstrated success driving account expansion through cross-sell, upsell, and enterprise-wide solution adoption strategies.
- Expertise in consultative, value-based selling and developing executive-level business cases that align solutions to strategic business priorities.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise solutions, market trends, and competitive landscapes, with the ability to articulate differentiated value and business outcomes.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to establish credibility and influence at all levels of an organization, including executive leadership.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and resources without direct management authority.
- Highly disciplined in opportunity management, forecasting accuracy, pipeline development, and execution of sales strategy.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer challenges, identify growth opportunities, and align solutions to measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $87,900.00 - USD $174,900.00 / Year*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
