The WorkForce Software (WFS) Implementation Department is the team responsible for delivering high-quality, on-time, and scalable implementations of WFS solutions across our global client portfolio. We are involved with the full life cycle from sales engagement to successful delivery and implementation of WFS products. As a WorkForce Software Implementation Services Team Leader, you will lead a team of Functional Consultants and Project Managers responsible for delivering successful workforce management implementations. You will drive operational excellence, support consultant development, and partner with internal and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality project delivery and customer satisfaction. Team Leadership & Talent Development Lead, coach, and develop a team of Functional Consultants and Project Managers, providing ongoing feedback, mentoring, and career development support. Create a high-performance and engaged team environment focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. Manage performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, development planning, and talent management. Support workforce planning, onboarding, training, and succession planning initiatives. Implementation Delivery & Operational Excellence Lead and oversee the successful delivery of implementation projects across the team, ensuring commitments are met with quality, consistency, and customer focus. Monitor project health, resource utilization, capacity planning, and operational performance metrics. Ensure adherence to implementation methodologies, standard processes, documentation standards, and best practices. *TruncatedPRODUCT / TECHNICAL SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, project delivery, or other client-facing roles supporting enterprise applications. 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, coaching, or supervising implementation, consulting, or service delivery professionals. Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and customer transition activities. Proven experience managing customer relationships, resolving escalations, and influencing positive business outcomes. Experience managing competing priorities, resource allocation, workload balancing, and operational performance metrics. Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management or resource planning tools. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS Experience implementing, supporting, or consulting on Workforce Management, Time and Attendance, Payroll, HR, Human Capital Management (HCM), or related enterprise software solutions. Experience leading teams implementing Workforce Management, Time & Attendance, Payroll, HR, or Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. 3+ years of people leadership experience within a software implementation, professional services, or consulting organization. Experience with WorkForce Software, UKG, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP Workforce Manager, or similar workforce management platforms. Familiarity with SQL, data migration, integrations, reporting, or related technical disciplines. Professional certifications in Project Management, Agile methodologies, HR, Payroll, or related disciplines are a plus.
