Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities. Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and direct sourcing. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to offer acceptance. Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate interview processes with stakeholders. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Drive recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance, and candidate experience. Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring guidelines, and employment regulations. Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to maintain accurate candidate records and reporting. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and influencing abilities. Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter. Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience hiring across Technology, Operations, Shared Services, or Corporate functions. Knowledge of talent market trends and competitive intelligence.
