Consultant, Technical Responsibilities Obtain and maintain certification in WFS Product Suite applications required to perform the role Continue to Learn WFS product configuration requirements (i.e., naming conventions, importing templates, database structure, customizations, proper sequencing) Responsible for configuring WFS Suite according to customer business requirements using JavaScript, HTML, SQL or other scripting tools. Handle complex issues including administrative and configuration challenges with minimal assistance Communicate roadblocks and see out guidance in a timely manner Write complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skills Perform unit and system testing of configured application to ensure test cases pass as described by customer requirements Identify and escalate out of scope requirements to key stakeholders Support the confirmation and refinement of customer business requirements with key stakeholders Responsible for participating and eventually leading, in the gathering and identifying customer business requirements from users, customers, and other stakeholders. This includes creating, maintaining business requirement documents, noticeable use cases and process diagrams.
