Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager with a strong background in .NET and Azure technologies to lead our development teams. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge on .NET frameworks with familiarity in RPA and has proven people management skills, project management experience This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive technology initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality software solutions. Role & Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of software developers and engineers specializing in .NET and Azure technologies. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Drive the adoption and implementation of ADPR Platform ( .NET frameworks) and Azure cloud services in development projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Manage resources, budgets, and schedules effectively to ensure successful project completion. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Provide technical guidance and support on RPA/GEN AI initiatives, integrating automation solutions with existing systems. Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, security, and compliance. Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior leadership. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project impact. Lead and drive agentic AI initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge generative AI technologies to innovate and enhance business processes. Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies, integrating generative AI solutions into existing and new projects. Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging experimentation with AI-driven tools and frameworks. Collaborate with AI research and development teams to translate AI capabilities into scalable business applications. Act as a technology evangelist for generative AI and agentic AI within the organization, promoting awareness and adoption. Ensure strict adherence to all organizational security policies and compliance standards, including CVMs oversee that infrastructure, application code, and development processes are compliant and secure Qualifications: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 12+ years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET frameworks (e.g., .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, AZURE). Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, etc.). Proven experience in managing software development teams and projects. Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Preferred Skills: Certifications in Azure (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Developer) or Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of other cloud platforms and automation technologies. ##LI-DNI
