WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities
Champion the Candidate - Hiring Leader Recruitment Experience. You will execute recruiting initiatives and manage the active candidate pool while ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience and internal stakeholder satisfaction. In addition, you will manage the internal applicant and employee referral processes to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all parties.
Build Relationships throughout the Business. You will act as a consultant to the business, advise them on market trends/competitive talent intelligence through developed expertise and knowledge, set clear expectations, and drive the hiring leader relationship. You will build and maintain strong partnerships with Human Resources, Global Employer Brand - Marketing, and other groups within ADP.
Deliver Results. You will deliver results as measured by metrics, including cost per hire, data integrity, time to fill, candidate quality and diversity, process adherence, and candidate/stakeholder satisfaction.
Leverage Tools and Resources to Set You Up for Success. You will leverage the appropriate technology, tools, and resources needed to execute search strategies, especially as you work to find and attract passive talent. You will execute on the employer branding strategies, including supporting the @ADPCareers social media and digital platforms.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
- Experienced. You have a successful track record in volume or specialized hiring for full lifecycle recruiting in a consultative environment. You have expert knowledge of candidate assessment and screening. You have experience with technology tools and digital platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), social media (to drive marketing campaigns), and video interviews. You will facilitate the use of Behavioral Based Interview Methodology throughout the process. You are knowledgeable about local employment law and have used diversity tools effectively.
- Relationship Builder. Whether working with candidates or the hiring leaders you support, you showcase strong client relationship skills, including proficiency in prioritizing critical issues, delivering feedback, and managing workflow. You possess strong consulting, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Organized Communicator. You're organized and can multi-task, set priorities, follow up quickly, manage multiple deadlines, oversee projects, influence without authority, and drive for desired results.
- Modern Selling Skills. Combine sales technology and AI-driven tools and data insights to drive candidate pipeline and enhance staffing
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-4 years full cycle high volume recruiting experience and success in a fast paced Sales environment OR Industry Equivalent Outside Sales experience with record of proven success.
- Recruiting Certification or HR Certification a plus
- Command of new AI Recruitment Technology
- History of being a Self Starter, highly organized, terrific communicator and multi-tasking master

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $55,500.00 - USD $103,700.00 / Year*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
