We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead a team of Product Managers responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and enhancement delivery of our GenesysCloud and IVR capabilities. This leader will partner closely with internal stakeholders to identify business needs, gather requirements, prioritize product backlogs, and drive execution across multiple lines of business.
The ideal candidate brings experience leading Product Management teams, managing voice automation or contact center products, and translating stakeholder needs into scalable product solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Here's what you can expect on a typical day:
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers
- Own backlog prioritization and roadmap planning for GenesysCloud and IVR-related products
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather enhancement requests and business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
- Drive prioritization decisions based on business impact and strategic goals
- Collaborate with technology, operations, and customer experience teams to deliver product enhancements
- Communicate roadmap priorities, tradeoffs, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
- 8+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience leading Product Managers or Product Owners
- Hands-on experience with GenesysCloud (GenCloud)
- Experience supporting IVR, voice automation, self-service, or contact center technologies
- Strong backlog management and roadmap ownership experience
- Proven ability to gather requirements and influence stakeholders across the organization
- Experience working within Agile environments

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $107,400.00 - USD $264,300.00 / Year*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
