ADP is seeking a visionary Head of Global Experiential Events to define, launch, and evolve ADP’s flagship event and broader client engagement ecosystem.
This leader will own the strategy, narrative, and experience architecture for ADP’s most important client and brand moment—bringing together organizations of all sizes, partners, and industry leaders into a cohesive, differentiated experience.
This role operates at the intersection of brand strategy, content, and experience design, ensuring the flagship event is not just a moment in time, but part of a broader, always-on engagement platform that drives brand, community, and business impact.
Success in this role requires executive-level leadership, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across a complex, matrixed organization.
Key Responsibilities
Define the Flagship Event Vision & Experience Strategy
- Establish the long-term vision, positioning, and experience architecture for ADP’s flagship event
- Define how the event reflects ADP’s brand, differentiates in the market, and delivers value across client segments
- Ensure a cohesive, high-impact experience across small business, mid-market, and enterprise audiences
Lead Brand, Content & Experience Design
- Own the overarching event narrative, messaging framework, and content strategy
- Guide development of mainstage programming, storytelling, and thought leadership
- Ensure alignment with ADP’s broader brand architecture and go-to-market strategy
Build an Always-On Engagement Ecosystem
- Define the pre-, during-, and post-event engagement strategy
- Extend the event into a year-round platform (content, community, digital engagement)
- Ensure continuity across campaigns, client advocacy, and sales motions
Provide Executive Oversight of Event Operations
- Provide executive oversight and strategic direction for event planning and production
- Ensure operational decisions align with experience strategy and brand vision
- Partner closely with the Global Events Executive and team, who will lead day-to-day logistics and execution
Drive Enterprise Alignment & Governance
- Partner with senior leaders across Marketing, Events, Sales, Product, and Business Units
- Align stakeholders around a unified vision while managing competing priorities
- Establish governance, decision frameworks, and escalation paths
Drive Revenue, Investment Strategy & Business Impact
- Define how the event contributes to pipeline, retention, brand, and ecosystem growth
- Oversee sponsorship strategy, monetization approach, and investment priorities
- Provide strategic oversight of budget allocation, ensuring alignment to business outcomes
Measure, Learn, and Optimize
- Define success metrics across brand, engagement, and commercial impact
- Leverage insights to continuously refine the experience and engagement model
- Build a roadmap for scaling and evolving the flagship event over time
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading large-scale flagship events or enterprise experiences (5,000+ attendees preferred)
- Strong background in brand strategy, content, and experiential marketing
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across complex organizations
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives at enterprise scale
- Strong executive presence and strategic leadership capabilities
- Experience overseeing large marketing or event investments and driving measurable business impact
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing flagship conferences or industry-leading events
- Experience in B2B technology or SaaS environments
- Experience building content-driven or community-based engagement ecosystems
- Familiarity with HCM, HR, or workforce technology landscape

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $117,700.00 - USD $238,600.00 / Year*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
