Description
The NAS Talent SASS Service Representative I is responsible for handling all calls and service requests for every client that uses SELECT products and services for existing National Account Services clients. Serves as Client service and product support specialist. Respond to basic inquiries regarding ADP Background and Screening products SELECT including navigation and basic troubleshooting. Answer non-technical questions. Conduct correspondence with External customers and representatives. Conduct correspondence with Internal customers and representatives. Leverage strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to execute daily customer-centric activities. Client communication & engagement are facilitated through multiple channels: scheduled meetings or outbound calls, Email, Calls and through the Data-Secured case management system of ADP (CEH). .PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS College level or Bachelors degree Basic Computer Literacy Customer Service Experience Call Center Experience
