  • Identify organizational risks, systemic issues, and emerging trends, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Global Security, Risk, and HR teams on sensitive or high-impact matters.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout all investigative processes.

Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze case data and workplace trends to identify opportunities for prevention and risk reduction.
  • Recommend improvements to policies, practices, leadership capability, and workplace culture.
  • Support training and proactive initiatives designed to strengthen leader effectiveness and foster a respectful workplace.

Experience. You have 5+ years of experience in workplace investigations, associate relations, employee relations, compliance, legal, human resources, or a related field.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Experience independently managing 10+ complex, concurrent investigations and multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, workplace regulations, and investigation best practices.
  • Expertise conducting investigative interviews, evaluating evidence, assessing credibility, documenting findings, preparing clear, objective investigation reports, and presenting findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Strong investigative, analytical, interviewing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing capabilities.
  • Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion.
  • You’ll have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

For Additional Comfort in the Role:
