ADP is hiring a Senior Project Manager. In this individual contributor position, you'll lead teams responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure
  • Direct day-to-day activities of projects and staff in matrixed organization
  • Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources
  • Work collaboratively with other departments impacting project.
  • Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion of the project
  • Direct project timeliness and budgets
  • Assess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues
  • Employs highly developed consultative skills
  • Tailor processes to meet the needs of individual projects
  • Make decisions based on information and input in a timely manner
  • Provide analysis of project, including business case, ROI and post-project review
  • Drive innovation, best practices and achievement of strategic objectives
  • Work on projects of high complexity

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • At least five years of end-to-end project management experience as a Project Manager highly necessary
  • Experience managing large cross-functional and/or multi-year projects important
  • Experience with industry standard and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com and WorkFront) and structured methodologies (e.g., PMBOK)
  • Ability to interface with and present to all levels of the organization
  • Commitment to being accountable for results
  • Proven track record of building relationships internally
  • Strong focus on client service
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • PMP or equivalent professional project management certification
  • Experience managing agile projects a plus
  • Ability to effectively communicate with multiple functions/organizations to identify and negotiate required resources
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage across formal organizational lines
  • Strong team leadership and ability to delegate responsibility to all levels of the project team and hold team accountable for deliverables
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Visio
  • Ability to think independently and make decisions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to work.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $69,300.00 - USD $129,200.00 / Year*

*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
